Gateau a la clementine. New year I always associate with tangerines. We have some reason Mandarin is not for sale, but all the shops, markets, small fairs dotted with clementines. Cooking

Turn off mixer and set aside. Now we only need a spoon. In sugar-butter mixture with the eggs gently add the sifted flour with the baking powder, almond flour and cream.
All mix well until smooth.
The resulting dough place in a pre-prepared form. Put in oven and bake for 30-60 minutes (each individually). In the recipe it was stated 55-60 minutes but in my oven it only took 35 minutes.
