Casserole Chinese cabbage
This recipe is a kind of alternative to cabbage rolls. I don't really like to tighten the stuffing in the cabbage, and the option of a combination of these products I liked! And then, on top of the baked cheese sauce adds an unusual flavor, it would seem the usual stuffed cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Minced Turkey

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Olive oil

Start with the stuffing: 500 grams of raw mince I put out sour cream, adding salt, turmeric and pepper. You can make any stuffing according to your taste, but it was juicy and not dry.

Now cabbage: cut off the place where it joins the leaves, separate them from each other.

In a suitable size pot, pour water, boil it, into the cabbage leaves and boil for 2 minutes.

Then with a slotted spoon pull the leaves out on a towel and give a little dry.

While cooking cabbage, make the sauce: mix cream with egg and rubbed on a fine grater cheese. Grease a form with butter, put the first layer of cabbage

Next comes a layer of stuffing, then a layer of sauce

Top layer is sauce. Put for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and another 10 minutes at a temperature of 235 degrees.

Lasagna turns out juicy and tender. Does not work to make a good photo, separating a piece with a fork... Bon appetit!
