Prepare the necessary ingredients. Onion peel and cut into cubes. Mushrooms wipe with a dry cloth and cut into slices. Fresh green beans cut into pieces with a length of 2.5 cm. I Have frozen beans.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form for baking grease with oil. In a pan pour 2 liters of water, bring to a boil. Add the beans to boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and mushrooms and fry until done 7-8 minutes. Add minced garlic, soy sauce and cook for another 1 minute.

Add green beans, Cayenne pepper, pour in the vegetable broth. Mix well. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.

After the specified time, remove from the oven, sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil, return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
