Cooking
For pancakes: beat eggs in a lush foam, add the warm milk, salt and sunflower oil. Beat well. Pour small portions of flour and again whisk to avoid lumps. In a well heated pan, greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil, bake thin pancakes. Folded stack.
For the sauce: in a bowl mix the sour cream with mustard.
Apple and herring fillets cut into small cubes. Onions cut into thin quarter rings.
Spread the chopped herring, Apple and onion in sour cream. Add soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
Sauce to serve with pancakes. Bon appetit!
