Tomato pancakes with tomato-cream sauce
Pancakes made with tomato juice with onions and tomato sauce-sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Juice

    500 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    35 ml

  • Juice

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    80 g

  • Dill

  • Mustard

Dough. In a bowl break the eggs, put sugar, salt and well rubbed. Poured juice and sifted flour. Mixed the dough. Poured the soda and acid. Again mixed. In the dough put the chopped onion and poured the oil. Again mix the dough. Warmed up the pan a little oiled butter, and poured three tablespoons of dough. ( Oil lubricated the pan only for the first pancake.)

Made three sauce. Tomato juice ( salt ), thick sour cream, mustard and chopped dill mixed in a bowl. The second sauce is the mustard garlic. In the third hell.

And this is my pancake. The cherry tomatoes were cut in half and put them on the pancake. Added a little dill, parsley and sauced with mustard.
