Chicken
Delicious chicken thighs in the vegetables and cheese! You can cook on weekdays, and on holiday. The chicken turns out very juicy! Suited to a variety of side dishes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    10 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

We need: chicken Thighs (separated from the bones), onions, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Cut small dice the onion and put into a bowl. There also send the tomatoes, also cut in dice, only larger.

Add the cut cucumbers.

To the vegetables add salt and mayonnaise and stir.

That's the stuffing we got. Optionally, the cheese cut into cubes and add to the stuffing. I do so, and as in this recipe. Can we have some thighs to do with the cheese on top and adding some cheese to the stuffing. Then decide how You tastier:)

On a baking sheet lay thighs, skin down. Oil I add, because a lot of the juice is from vegetables.

On each thigh put the filling and sprinkle with ground pepper. You can also add sliced olives. At Your discretion.

And send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
