Delicate pancakes with banana on rye flour. Very tasty. And even a little useful :)

Cooking
Bananas mashed with a fork.
Add the egg, sugar. Mix well.
Separately mix the yogurt and soda. Add to the banana mass.
Add the flour and stir until smooth. The consistency should be like thick cream. If the batter is watery (different fat content of kefir, different size of bananas), add more flour.
Preheat a skillet vegetable oil over medium heat and bake pancakes.
To turn better when the batter starts to bubble slightly. Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
