Deliciously tender and incredibly flavorful and surprisingly delicious sausages.

Cooking
Meat wash, dry and cut into pieces.
Meat is scrolled in a meat grinder through a large grille.
Add in minced garlic and spices. Here I used spices Forester for meat, they are incredibly fragrant and already contain salt and all the ingredients, so anything further is not necessary to use.
Minced knead well for 10-15 minutes.
Cereve wash and soak in lukewarm water for 20-30 minutes, until it becomes elastic.
Cheruvu put on a special nozzle to fatten the sausages, and at the end tie a knot.
The formed sausages, stuffing not too tight.
For frying sausages I used the grill pan Forester, thanks to her, the sausage is not deformed and retains its shape. Special frying pan gave the sausage to stick. They are cooked through evenly.
Fry sausages for 15 minutes, occasionally turning them with a spatula.
