Cake with dried figs
Delicious and flavorful cake with dried figs! Olive oil and peel off the sweet taste of figs! Most it with tea :)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Olive oil

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.66 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1.5 tsp

  • Figs

    300 g

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients (not salt). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Figs cut into small pieces.

Mix milk, oil and egg.

In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

To dry ingredients add liquid and stir gently.

Then add the zest and figs. Mix everything again.

Spread the batter in a greased form. And bake for 40-45 minutes until dry toothpick.

Cooled cake. Enjoy your tea :)
