Greek Easter bread
This bread turns out fluffy and soft, with lemon and a light sweet-spicy scent. For him, knead the dough is rich and sweet, the same as the traditional cakes. The recipe I read in Internet, as well as cakes to eat all the Easter week of Radonitsa, I decided to cook the bread.
