Amazing, juicy, delicious meat, thanks to pomegranate syrup. And to do it using the skewers from the Forester - a pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Narsharab

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For cooking it is better to take the pork with small pieces of fat neck or shoulder. Cut into cubes with sides about 4 cm.

Add grenadine - Narsharab.

Put salt, mixture of peppers, honey, cumin, crystals of citric acid and coriander, stir.
