Here such at me was the lamb.

Chopped meat mixed with onions, Khmeli-suneli, the mixture of peppers, salt and pour mixture of lemon juice, vinegar and carbonated mineral water, stir, cover with film and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
And then, as usual, skewers need to string on skewers and roast on the grill. With this task successfully coped my younger 15 year old son. The meat was very soft and juicy, with a light pleasant acidity.
