Potato croquettes
Very good side dish for the holiday table and for everyday. To cook just, able to cook, anyone who knows how to clean the potatoes and twist the balls. I cook the croquettes in your free time and put in the freezer. If necessary, take out and fry. Tasty and very convenient.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.3 kg

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender in salted water.

While the potato is cooking, cut ham cubes, add to it 1 tablespoon of flour and 2 egg yolks.

Ready potato while it is hot!!! RUB off on grater, mashed potatoes (so do I), add to the ham, egg yolks and flour.

Knead the dough and form balls or rectangles, as you like.

To breaded croquettes first in the remaining flour (2 tbsp), then 2 squirrels, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Here are my tots. I part is frozen and part of the fry 200 ml of vegetable oil. I use a tall pan, but even better if deep fried.

Ready to get the croquettes with a slotted spoon and place on paper towel to leave excess fat. Garnish with greens or sauce. Bon appetit!!!! Good luck in all your endeavors!!!!
