Description
The Golden rule of cooking any dish with the method of stir-fry (fry, stirring) very familiar to those who remember pioneer times – Be prepared! All ingredients should be prepared in advance: the meat is marinated at least 3 hours, the vegetables are cut into equal thin strips, and the ingredients for the sauce measured out and mixed with the appropriate additives. When all the ingredients are prepared, your meal is actually ready; it remains only to quickly fry them in oil. In this recipe I suggest the beef with vegetables and rice noodles with sesame oil as a garnish.

1. Squeeze juice from limes and mix with the wasabi paste. Lubricate the resulting mixture of meat and leave to marinate overnight.
2. Drain the marinade from the meat and dissolve in it starch. If necessary, add a little water. Pour the resulting mixture of teriyaki sauce, wine, add the tomato paste and stir well. This will be the sauce for the filling.
3. Garlic and ginger peel and finely chop. Green beans cut into small pieces, meat – sticks, shallot – half-rings, zucchini – thin strips, chili – thin rings cilantro to disassemble the leaves.
4. In a wok heat the oil. Add meat and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes and remove to a separate plate.
5. Add to wok oil if necessary and fry the ginger for 30 seconds. Then add zucchini and beans and fry for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for another 30 seconds. Everything must be stirred.
6. Return the meat to the wok and pour all the sauce.
7. Cook, stirring constantly, another 1-2 minutes.
8. Rice noodles, pour boiling water, leave for a few minutes and drained (or cook according to instructions on the package). Pour a spoonful of sesame oil, add salt and stir.
