Buckwheat porridge with minced meat
A very satisfying dish. Easy to prepare, though it is satisfying, but not aggravating-I'm sure you will like it! Please enjoy this tasty and fragrant porridge

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 pack

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Ketchup

    100 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For cooking I took grits unground buckwheat TM "Mistral" bags

Cook grits according to instructions on the pack (20 min on slow fire). I slightly added some salt

Cut carrots and onions

Fry them in vegetable oil (I olive) for a few minutes

Add the ground beef, and ketchup, stir and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. We leave under cover until the moment of readiness of buckwheat

To add to the impurity of meat and vegetables from the bags of buckwheat TM "Mistral", pour all the spices, press out the garlic. Horsch stir protussive two minutes and leave under the hood
