Porridge of rice flakes, baked in a pot
I offer porridge, which will not leave indifferent fans of the sweet rice porridge flavored with fruit puree. It is prepared from rice cereal from "Mistral", baked in a pot to a delicious Golden brown crust.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cashews

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

In a ceramic pot pour boiling water and heat it.

Peeled cored Apple and peach (pitted) cut into pieces and blend it.

In fruit puree add cinnamon and mix well.

Spread on the bottom of the pot a little fruit puree, a teaspoon of honey.

Then a layer of rice cereal, and continue alternating layers of cereal and fruit puree with honey to finish cereals.

Pour boiling milk.

Add butter.

Put the cream, whipped until soft peaks form.

Bake in the oven, heated to 180 deg., until Golden brown crust.

To serve, sprinkle crushed nuts.
