Description
Flamekin is a kind of roulade of pork chop stuffed most often with ham and coated in breadcrumbs which are then fried in boiling oil. Most often served with French fries and mayonnaise. I decided to experiment with the filling and it turned out very tasty and satisfying. Remember earlier often grandmothers and mothers made pies stuffed with eggs and onions? It was delicious and I decided that this filling will not be able to ruin such good meat twisted into a roll.

Cooking
To beat the meat as thin as possible, to shape approximate to a rectangle. RUB each steak with salt, pepper and skip through the press garlic. You can use any favorite spices.
For the filling: Boiled eggs finely chop and place them in a bowl, add finely chopped green onions, salt and stir
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
On one chop to put a strip of cheese on top of egg filling.
Roll into a tight roll. Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk for a while. Each roll is first roll in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs or as I have in semolina. Preheat the frying pan with sunflower oil, put the rolls and fry until cooked and Golden brown on both sides. The oil should be heated strongly enough in order that the rolls are well done.
The finished rolls cut into thin slices and serve with vegetables, vegetable salad or any side dish. Bon appetit
