Chicken thighs in yogurt and soy sauce
Tender meat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

My thighs, add the paprika, black and red pepper.

Add the yogurt and soy sauce, Kikkoman.

All mix well and leave to marinate for 4 hours, and it is better to do at night.

Lay out the ham on a barbeque grill.

Fry over hot coals until cooked.

Serve the skewers on lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables.
