I have never had the fish cakes with raw fish. Or not it was good or the meat spread. This recipe was a revelation for me and in menu now often these fish meatballs. Preparing easy and simple. And most importantly very tasty it turns out.

Cooking
The fish boil in the steamer. If no steamer, you can boil in a saucepan. Do not add salt!
Mash the boiled fish, at the same time viewed the bones. Even in fillet they meet. If the meatballs will have children, the absence of bones is even more important! Children do not like fish because of the bones.
Add to mashed with a fork fish eggs, mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream), grated cheese, flour, finely chopped greens. Do not forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all with a fork. Form the meatballs, dip them in flour and fry in a pan on both sides until a beautiful Golden brown. Serve with your favourite side dish. Bon appetit!
