Fish with rice and orange marmalade
To give a taste and flavor of the fish, I prepared orange marinade. Turned out very tasty and tender fish with a citrus flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook the rice according to instructions.

Squeeze the juice from the orange and cook the marinade: mix jam, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce and coriander.

Cut fish fillet portioned pieces

and put into the form.

Pour the fish marinade and allow to stand for 5-8 minutes. You can sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds and send in a well preheated 230 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Put cooked rice on a plate, spread the fish and serve. Fish can be fed salad. Remaining marinade sauce put together. The marinade goes very well with rice and salad. Bon appetit!
