Cooking
"Stir fry" — a thing fast, so all ingredients should be washed and chopped beforehand. The ingredients for a stir-fry is traditionally cut "one bite" to them it was convenient to take chopsticks. 1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the box. The water is not salt. While cooking the rice, have 30 minutes for cooking stir-fry.
Pork thoroughly washed, dried on a napkin and cut into small oblong pieces.
In soy sauce, add starch, sugar and mix thoroughly.
Pour the sauce over the pork and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Ginger (~2 cm) cut into small pieces. I grated, pickled, very convenient! Finely cut the garlic and onions. On a clean, dry frying pan, pour sesame oil (or olive) and heat. Quickly fry in oil the onion, ginger and garlic.
Heat in a pan with olive oil. In the boiling oil put the pork. Quickly fry the meat on high heat, so pork is not given the juice.
With fried garlic and ginger add the meat and fry all together for a few moments. Now you can splash a bit of dry wine (optional, but try it!). Fry for another couple of minutes until the wine evaporate. The stir fry is ready! It turns out caramelized, flavorful pork. Very tasty, and as it looks delicious!!! Pieces of rich caramel sauce, are juicy, and I want to eat a piece.
In the meantime, we have Fig. Get a bag, give water to drain and spread on a dish. Serve "stir fry" pork hot with warm rice. To the rice I served a caramelized sauce of soy sauce mixed with rice vinegar to taste. Bon appetit!
