Bavarian casserole with Brussels sprouts
Extremely tasty, rich, warming casserole for a cozy family dinner on a chilly autumn evening. Without additives, as a rule, is not complete! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Sausage

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Broth

    0.66 cup

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Cabbage boiled until soft in salted water.

Peeled boiled potatoes and sausage cut into circles.

In a greased deep pan to lay out alternating slices of potato and sausage.

Spread out the heads of cabbage.

Mix the eggs, broth, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the pan. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
