Rice with Japanese seasoning
Furikake rice. Furikake is a Japanese seasoning which is sprinkled on rice or mixed with it. There are dozens of ways to prepare this seasoning. I want to offer a vegetarian option. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Nori

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Boil the rice in accordance with the recommendations on the package.

Nori sheets, finely chop and fry in a dry pan over medium heat. When nori will begin to change color, remove the pan from the stove.

Brown the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat.

1/4 of the sesame seeds, salt and sugar grind in a coffee grinder. It is possible to do, but the seasoning is more flavorful.

Mix ground sesame seeds with nori and remaining sesame seeds. Seasoning is ready! For a specified quantity of rice I used half of the seasonings.
