Pancakes
Pancakes turn out really tender, melt in your mouth. If you wish, you can knead less flour and bake thin Blin, then dump them and yum-yum.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Soda

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

Yogurt needs a little heat to lukewarm (don't let it curdle), then add it to the soda. Mix well. You'll notice that yogurt is foamed. If not foam, so you can still add a bit of baking soda. Then add salt, sugar, oil, eggs, all separately, and carefully stirring with a whisk (not a spoon to be airborne). Now beat in the flour. The consistency should be like thick cream. If you knead a little thinner, you can bake thin pancakes (fills the pan well) and then fill with your favorite filling.

Pan lightly grease with vegetable oil and heat. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Browning.
