Plum cake
Cake is very easy and very quickly prepared.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    750 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Baking powder

    2 pack

  • Drain

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

Crackers or pour the flour into a bowl and the cold butter from the fridge and grate on a coarse grater.

Mash everything with your hands until crumbs.

Milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer or whisk. Separately in a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Then pour the flour to the whipped mixture of milk and eggs.

Pour the dough on a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. On the dough put the plums, cut in half, midway up. Sprinkle with crumbs and let bake for 20 – 30 minutes.
