Cooking
0.5 liters of yogurt + 400 g of oat flakes + 100-150 g of flour + 2 eggs + 1 packet razryhlitelya or soda slaked vinegar + zest of 1 orange + sugar and salt to taste. Knead the dough, spread on baking sheet or in a form greased with butter. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 170-180°C.
The resulting cake (I bake on the baking sheet) cut into two equal parts and cut away the top crust. The two resulting layers thoroughly impregnated with the orange juice and coat with jam. Put one on top of another. Make sour cream: sour cream and sugar mix to dissolve the sugar. The crust that we cut arbitrarily break and put in sour cream, mix and spread on cake. Give the cake to stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for impregnation. Bon appetit!
