Cupcake
Very tasty, tender cupcake with caramel pineapple.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

In a pan put 4 tbsp sugar and heat until caramelized. Add pineapple and mix well.

To make batter from remaining ingredients.

Spread out caramelized pineapples moulds (or one common). Sprinkle the dough. Fill the molds almost completely, the dough rises very much. Put in the oven for 15 -20 minutes at a temperature of 200 C. the Finished cakes remove from the mold and put a layer of pineapple on top.
