Pancakes with milk and mineral water
Dear cooks, today I want to offer you a very interesting recipe of pancakes. I usually only cook pancakes on yeast or sour-milk products, but I have long been haunted one recipe from a German website, where the pancakes are fresh milk and mineral water. Today I decided to bring this recipe to life and immediately ran to share it with you! I can say that the result pleased me, the pancakes turned out delicious, tender, and crispy! If anyone will be interested in the recipe I would be very happy!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Mineral water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

Whisk the egg.

Add to eggs and milk, mineral water, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder and mix everything.

Add gradually, stirring well sifted flour.

The batter is a little watery, but let it does not scare you.

With the help of a tablespoon pour the dough in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil and fry on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.
