Hello dear girls!!! Oh, I haven't been in your warm bread and solo company.... Thank you! But from words to deeds – we will decorate the table very pretty beans. I love this recipe for ease of preparation, taste and conviviality. The longest in the recipe is cooking the main ingredients. So, boil the beans as instructed, with the addition of salt and a pinch of baking soda. Salt does not harm the legumes and makes them stronger as many believe, it is already scientifically proven. And soda will help make the beans softer. Instead of soda you can put ginger or a slice of pineapple – the same effect. In parallel, boil the beets. Don't forget to take out of the fridge butter, it's supposed to warm up to room temperature.
So, beets and beans were cooked. With beans drain the liquid if left. Beets peel and chop immersion blender or wipe through a sieve. (my blender is acting up, so rubbed through a sieve. So, the wiping was successful, beets should boil until soft).
Beets will mix with the warm butter and season generously with salt.
Now combine oil and beans.
