Cooking
Peeled potatoes boiled until soft.
Liver boil in salted water.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut a quarter-rings.
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil, put onion and sauté 2 minutes.
Add to the onions carrots and sauté another 5 minutes (until tender).
Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater.
Liver cut into small cubes or grind in a blender (as you like).
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, there also add 3 cloves of garlic and mix well.
Form for baking grease with butter. Put half (or even a little more than half) of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. To lubricate our mayonnaise and sour garlic sauce.
Spread on top of carrots and onions (whole) together with the oil in which they were roasted (unless, of course, it is not very much). Salt.
Put another layer of the liver. Season with salt and pepper. Lubricate sauce.
Spread the second half of potatoes, salt and oil sauce (my sauce is not enough, so the top was just smeared with mayonnaise). On top lay the pieces of butter. I'm still on top sprinkled with dried mint (for an Amateur).
Bake in the oven 200 degrees until Golden brown, I baked for 20 minutes.
