Cooking
Black or red beans soak for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. In the morning drain the water, beans boiled until cooked.
Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic.
In this recipe I used a billet from the freezer - baked eggplant without the skin. If you have fresh eggplant, peel it from the skin and finely chop.
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry to blush onion and garlic, add mashed tomatoes.
Stir in the spices - a pinch of cinnamon and a dozen grains of pink pepper.
Let it cook gently for 5 minutes and add the boiled beans, salt. Pour some water, close the saucepan with a lid and let it cook gently for about 5 minutes on low heat.
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath the chocolate and add it to the beans, pour a few drops of Tabasco to taste. Stir and remove the pot from the fire.
