It is very easy to prepare, hearty and healthy dish will appeal to both adults and children. For me, this is one of my favorite autumn dishes, when cold, rainy, gray day at the dinner table the whole family is going.

Cooking
It is a necessary products. (Unfortunately, there's no picture of cheese and butter, just forgot to take a picture).
First, wash the potatoes and boil it until soft (about 8-9 minutes), drain the water, slightly cooled, peel and cut into slices. Then wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds, peel off the skin (if you, like me today, kind of pumpkin with edible peel, only remove the seeds, brush optional). Cut the pumpkin tokimi plates.
Now for the meat. Add finely chopped onion, semolina, baking powder and milk to the mince, salt, pepper and other seasonings (to your taste). Mix well.
The form in which we will bake, grease with melted butter. Put potatoes, salt, grease with butter and sprinkle with ¼ of the grated cheese.
Top evenly spread the stuffing and sprinkle with another ¼ of the grated cheese.
The top layer should be laid with the pumpkin. Sprinkle with salt and liberally lubricated with oil. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 55 minutes
Then top with remaining cheese and put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
