Sweet feet
It's juicy, flavorful meat stuffed with delicious filling: moderately sweet, with slight acidity from the apples and the soft crunch of the steamed nuts! Using in this recipe the mixture "bubble Mix" and "Aquatica Color Mix", you can achieve additional brown color and a pleasant nutty taste! For a side dish perfect grilled apples, pears or apricots!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    100 g

  • The chicken legs

  • Dried fruits

  • Walnuts

To prepare the filling, you can use 100 g of a mixture of "bubble Mix", but tastes better if you mix 50 g of a mixture of "Aquatica Color Mix" and 50 g of a mixture of "bubble Mix". Boil the rice until soft.

Chilled boneless chicken legs wash, dry, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prunes, apricots wash, dry, release from the bone (if it was), cut each fruit into 4 pieces. Raisins, cranberries, cherries wash, dry. Mix all the dried fruits and berries together.
