To prepare this delicious, sweet, spectacular meat, we need fillets, balsamic vinegar, raspberry jam, honey and garlic
Clean the tenderloin and cut it across the oblong pieces, add finely chopped young garlic.
Raspberry jam, honey and balsamic vinegar, add to meat, stir and put into the fridge to marinate. I had little time, so the meat just 30 minutes stood in the refrigerator.
Spread the meat on the grill or pan or oven.
Tenderloin is a very delicate product, it is important not to overdry, so once you have the crust, and it appears quite quickly thanks to the marinade, remove the meat and call everyone to the table.
Decorate the meat with berries fresh raspberries, drizzle with balsamic vinegar or cream and enjoy the taste of tender sirloin in a sweet honey-raspberry crust.
