Pockets with pumpkin (Roasted and boiled)
At first I wanted to call dumplings, then cakes, but decided that this dish can be called "pockets". Love pumpkin in any form. So I made in two versions - fried and boiled pockets. I liked cooked with sour cream and dill, a friend liked it fried with tomato sauce.

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Onion

The ingredients required for the dish. I have a mixture of spelt and wheat flour in the ratio 1:2. The nutmeg I use is always with pumpkin. This combination is just awesome delicious. Raw pumpkin and onions, I rubbed on a small grater. Added nutmeg and salt.

The dough I did not photograph, so I will describe briefly. To the flour add the warm milk, half a teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon salt without slides and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add fresh herbs to taste, both fresh and dry. You can also use the dough that you make for dumplings.

Roll out the dough the way You used to do it. I unrolled the dough and cut with a glass roundels. Spread the filling on them and sculpt dumplings. The pockets that I sculpted for frying, I shaped pies. Option 1: Throw into boiling salted water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Option 2: Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side in small amount of vegetable oil. If the pockets are large, then the time should be increased. I've been cut kruglyashi with a diameter of 6.5 cm.

Turned out tasty and very juicy. Juice dumped on my shirt and shorts. But I'm not mad :)
