It's such a good weather, I have an electric grill, but the grill :) so I decided to have a barbecue in the apartment, well, I have in a large room, 4 Windows and balcony :) Opened all the Windows, balcony door wide open, put the grill and enjoy singing some shrill hysterical birds.

Cooking

step-0
The ingredients required for the dish. I used the powder of lemon grass, but found it difficult. If there's fresh, it's all beauty. But if no, then no it will be delicious :)
step-1
Do fish small incisions, salt, pepper, into the abdomen, put a bunch of cilantro, slices of ginger, a few slices of lemon and a little garlic. On top of the fish put a few slices of lemon and a few drops of oil to avoid sticking to the foil.
step-2
Wrap in foil (if in oven in parchment paper). Leave the fish to marinate for 10 minutes. Then put on a grill rack (or in a heated oven). I would first and in paper and foil, but stopped in the foil.
step-3
On grill turn every 3-5 minutes, but this depends on the size and the temperature, a large fish will need more time. I got delicious to peppers grill and a couple of onion rings. I love onions on the grill. (Before you put on the grill, onions and peppers drizzled with olive oil and a dash of salt)
step-4
I had a medium fire, and not a very big fish, I turned the fish 4 times every 4 minutes *a total of 16 minutes* and at the end slightly lifted the foil. And fried another minute 4 minutes to excess moisture at the bottom of the foil a little evaporated. Slice of spice is not enough, I wanted to eat :)
step-5
Here's a delicious Dorada I did. On view may not be entirely perfect, but the taste is 100 :)
