Homemade tagliatelle from rye flour
This recipe I really liked it because it uses flour. The recipe I saw in "Villa pasta" and decided to prepare the result.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Zucchini

    100 g

Cooking

Flour, eggs, olive oil and salt will get very stiff dough.

Leave it to rest for 20 minutes, and then kneaded again.

Roll out on a typewriter for the pasta.

I'll run it through the tagliatelle attachment. The pasta is ready, put the water for boiling and simultaneously prepare the sauce.

Prepare everything for the sauce.

In olive oil fry the onion and pancetta.

Add the zucchini, fry for 4 minutes and put the peas, lemon juice, fry a little more.

Pour the cream and boiled when the sauce begins to thicken, add salt, pepper and a little Parmesan. The sauce is ready.
