Cooking
Fish fillet salt and pepper, add lemon juice and vegetable oil, stir and leave for a couple of hours in the fridge. Lightly fry on both sides.
Eggplant cut into circles thickness 1.5 - 2 cm and slightly fry.
The onions and mushrooms to fry.
Grate the carrot using a large grater directly into the pan. Put layers of eggplant, fish, mushrooms, onion and send in preheated oven for 30 - 40 min.
Beat the eggs, adding yogurt and salt. Remove from the oven the baking sheet and evenly enter the resulting mass. Send in the oven until fully cooked.
