Cutlets from potatoes and rice
Very simple and tasty burgers. Serve as a side dish

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Fry chopped onion in butter

Add carrots and fry for another 5 minutes

Boil and mash potatoes

Add boiled rice and salt to taste

Add the onions and carrots

Add the finely chopped herbs and the egg. Mix everything thoroughly

Make stuffing patties and fry in a pan
