Vegetable patties of squid
Until the end of advent just a teeny little bit, and on those days you want to treat yourself to something delicious! Amazingly tender cutlets calamari - tasty, healthy and unusual!!!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Bread crumbs

  • Seasoning

  • Baton

    2 slice

Onions cut into large squares, carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Fry in hot sunflower oil until transparent (5-10 minutes).
