Cooking
Atka mackerel clean, remove the gills.
Greens cut from the lemon to squeeze the juice and sprinkle fish inside, RUB with salt and fish masala. To the greens add the garlic and mince the pulp of the lemon.
The fish put on the foil and stuff the grass. Seal the foil.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. The fish turns out juicy, tender and diet. Bon appetit!
