That's all we need!
Cut the meat into chops. I used 8 slices. Not beats, and mash the meat with your fingers.
Garlic we press the frog and lubricates every bite. Then add salt, pepper to taste. Leave literally five minutes!
Take a roaster, grease the bottom and sides with oil, divide the ingredients into two parts. On the bottom put the meat(I have 4 slices)
Put layers of carrots (grated on a coarse grater), then pour sour cream, top onion (cut medium cubes) and pumpkin (grated on a coarse grater).
Then the remaining meat, carrots, sour cream, onion and pumpkin. Pour it all in the normal water to close the second layer of meat (only meat).
On top of processed cheese rubbed on a coarse grater. Close tightly and put in preheated oven for half an hour. The lid does not open the hour!
Garnish, you can use any - from cereals to potato, but I stuck with magaroskari! BON APPETIT!
