This meat is cooked in a very interesting sauce - sweet and fruity. Taste a bit like Chinese sweet and sour. Turns out just magical! My husband said that for a long time did not eat so yummy ))) the contest "Autumn tango"

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 170 gr. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Two servings brown the meat on both sides. Put in a pot and set aside.
In the same pan add the onions, cook for 1 - 2 minutes until soft.
Then add the carrots, garlic, tomato paste, flour and chilli. Stir thoroughly for a minute.
Add the zest and lemon juice, soup and plum jam. Bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper.
The resulting sauce pour over meat in pot. Liquid should be enough to barely cover the meat. If not enough sauce, add a little hot water. Cover and put in preheated oven for 2 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes, sprinkled with fresh parsley. Bon appetit!
