Chicken and mushrooms in autumn cook
Delicious dish, nothing complicated.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Sauce

Mushrooms to boil for 15 minutes, and then together with onions fry, add sour cream and 2-3 minutes to extinguish.

Marinated pieces of sliced breast. In a bowl pour olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons, salt, sugar, pepper to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp paprika 3-4 cloves of garlic.

Boil (10 minutes) the small tubers of the potato and clean it. Put potatoes in a pan, then mushrooms and top with slices of breast. Close foil and for 25 minutes in a hot oven. Then remove foil and let top brown for another 10 minutes.
