Chicken
Chicken fillet baked with mushrooms and tomatoes, under the "cap" of whipped egg whites.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut mushrooms, fry with onions in small amount of oil. Season with salt and pepper, pour sour cream and stew for 5 minutes.

Fillet, salt and pepper, lightly beat off.

Fry the fillet on both sides in a frying pan, then lay them on a baking sheet.

On fillet put the mushrooms with sour cream.

Cover it with slices of tomato and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

On the finished dish to put a "cap" of beaten egg white (whisk with a pinch of salt in a solid foam). And put in the oven on low heat for another 15 minutes.
