In prepared stuffing add coconut, chopped green onions (I have a regular, onion).

Form meatballs the size of a walnut and fry in olive oil on all sides until Golden brown.

In olive oil fry the ginger for 1 minute,add the vegetables and fry on high heat stirring for 2-3 minutes.
