Description
Mititei is a sausage of minced meat, found in cuisines of many countries: in the West of Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, the Balkan countries... They got it "custom" because I had to take the traditional bow from stuffing and replace... you'll see. Adds baby versions of the game "in the faces"!

Vegetable oil
Cooking
In ready mixed mince add grated on a fine grater potato + egg + salt, pepper
Form with wet hands of minced meat sausages
roll in mixture of flour and breadcrumbs
sear on all sides in vegetable oil
