Fish cutlets
There are many interesting and tasty recipes for this dish, but I still venture to expose a version of the meatballs that I make for a long time. The recipe book can't remember what.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Crackers

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Grind the fish fillets in foodprocessor. Peel the potatoes and boil, to turn into a puree. All the ingredients (except the breadcrumbs and vegetable oil), mix thoroughly.

Should be a cool mix if it's not possible to add the breadcrumbs. Mold patties and fry on both sides until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!!!!!
