Description
Kichiri kurut. When I first met with Afghan food I have long thought that this kitchen has only a couple of dishes such as plov, manti and shashlik. It turned out that this is not so, and we cook just what my man prefers of all. Today I want to present one of my favorite dishes... "Kichiri kurut", which means kichiri I don't know, kurut is something like sour yogurt, although that's a bad comparison... Kurut is a dried salty cheese, dried to the "stone" status, again soaked in boiled water and Peredery to yourthemename state. That's how easy everything!

Cooking
Fry onion in the pressure cooker until Golden brown
Add the meat or minced meat, fry a little
Put tomato paste, cumin, salt and coriander. Also all fry
Then add a glass of water and stew until ready.
I always cook meat in a pressure cooker and I have meat in 15 minutes is ready!
In another large saucepan in a small amount of oil fry the onion and garlic until clear
Add to the onions the spices, coriander and cinnamon.
And there also send our rice and mash. Fill with water, can be directly boiled water, salt. The water should be 4 fingers above the rice, or take water from calculation 1:2 ( grains:water). Bring to the boil and put on a small fire until cooked.
While cooking our porridge, we'll do iogurty (some quroot)sauce. In a small pan, fry until Golden the onion and garlic.
Right and pour in salted yogurt (for lack of a kuruta), stir. We're all set!
The mess we have here what beautiful and fragrant!
Put cereal in the form of a ring on a large dish (Guri)
As in a circle we put the meat with sauce (I personally prefer the gravy with minced meat).
And in the middle of our dish set yoghurt gravy. And, God, I forgot, it's necessary to sprinkle dry mint!
