Casserole
Are the casserole is one of the variations of your favorite stuffed cabbage, which turns out very tasty, tender, hearty, but still beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

Chicken fillet grind in a blender or through a meat grinder to mince.

Cabbage washed, finely-finely chop onions, you can even grind in a blender.

Wash rice with cold water until transparent. I used Jasmine rice, which cooks very quickly, in just 12-15 minutes, so it is not pre-boiled. More rigid varieties of rice should boil until soft.

Peel the onion, wash, chop and fry in olive oil (1 tbsp) until transparent.

In a bowl, combine minced chicken, cabbage, rice and fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
